Siwa from Cairo, 3 Days / 2 night

Day 1: Cairo | Alamein | Siwa
At 6:00 AM Your tour guide will Pick you up from your Hotel in Cairo to start an excursion to Siwa by a private Air-conditioned vehicle.. The first stop will be at Alamein where the incidents of the WW  took place and in this particular location marked the beginning of breaking the German army as it was a turning point in the whole war. There you will visit the WWII Museum and the War memorial, It contains uniforms, Weapons, Flags and other war Paraphernalia. Displays include Photographs and the battle sites
Visit El Alamein war Cemetery, Here 7,367 men from Britain, Newzealand, Australia, South Africa, Greece, France, India and Malaysia are buried in individual graves, while 11,945 men, whose bodies were never found
Light lunch will be served on the way.
Arrive Siwa to be accommodated in your hotel then catch the sunset at Fatnas Lake. Fatnas is a Small island in Birket Siwa, It is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the stunning sunset. You will get a spectacular view of the lake.

Day 2: Siwa sightseeing
Enjoy your Breakfast at the hotel. The your tour guide will pick you up early morning from the hotel to start an excursion to the Oracle Temple or the Temple of Alexander the Great. It is believed that in this particular temple Alexander the Great wished to consulted the priests of the Siwan oracle to seek confirmation that he was the son of Zeus Amun to be legitimated to to role Egypt as an Egyptian King, Then visit the salt lakes, the greatest and biggest salt mines in all of Egypt. The salt water is used for healing purposes and it has healing properties which is so so good for the body. The salt water will make you float as in the Dead Sea in Jordan. Therefore, you don’t need to be a good swimmer. It is advisable that when you swim in the salt lakes do not let the salty water enter you eyes as it will hurt your eyes. Also, wash your body by normal water to get rid of the remaining salty water on your body. The salty water can make your body feel itchy,
Then proceed to Cleopatra’s Spring where is believed that the famous queen Cleopatra swam here before, 
Enjoy your Lunch at a local restaurant and have the chance to try some Siwan food on Siwan cooking style. 
After lunch you will head to the Great Sand Sea by 4×4 Jeep to enjoy having an adventure in the desert withing the beautiful sand dunes. Continue to visit hot spring Bir Waheed, Then enjoy some traditional Bedouin Tea by sunset. It is natural warm sulfur water which is used for total relaxation and healing the skin diseases. Day 3: Siwa | Masra Matrouh | Cairo
Enjoy your breakfast at the Hotel then your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to enjoy an excusrion to Visit Shali Fort which is built on a hill inside a Protective wall, the maze of mud-brick buildings that Comprises the Fortress served to protect the people of the oasis in the beginning of the 12 century A.D. The fortress has a unique design where the inhabitants had to live in the narrow quarters,  sharing their animals, which were herded into the fortress each evening. The fortress consist of 5 floors and the streets among the houses are pretty narrow to make it easy to defend the fortress and oblige the enemy forces to fight man to man.
Continue to visit the Mountain of the Dead, A conical mountain a little over a kilometer to the north of Shali. Tombs from the twenty-sixth Dynasty, Ptolemaic and the Roman periods are cut into the side of the mountain, There are 4 tombs you must see at Gebel Al Mawta. Si Amun Tomb is the most beautiful one.
